Due to a lack of experience in rotoscoping, I went to one of the College's It Staff members to larn the basics of the process:
1. Open video file via dragging or by going file- open. (the video will automatically open as a video layer).
2.Alter the timeline frame rate by selecting the button in the top right hand corner of the timeline. From here the option to set timeline frame rate will appear. ( It was recommended that the frame rate should be set to 12 frames per second, as this is the minimum frame rate a video can run and it would save time by having less frames to animate).

3. Use to scale tool to show the show the timeline of the media at a scale of 1 frame at a time. This will help to see which frame the animation will be going in and every frame will need to be animated.
4. Use the Photoshop tools to create animations on each frame of the film. The playback option can be used to inspect the animation on top of the film.
