Planning
- create a plan of the course of action for the remaining three weeks (review timetable).
- Create storyboard
- begin first draft of script (refer to the mind map of the narrative structure).
- Establish the demographic that this project is aiming.
Sampling
- Film a number of shots that relate back to the 'Golden Age' music video by Woodkid, as this will help to distinguish how grief can be expressed positively and negatively.
- Use existing illustrations of your own work with skeletons and research of other animators to create samples of animation, ready for the cut away's in the film. (consider using Adobe Animator or photoshop and using a 12fps setting).
The planning tasks today will help to organise the tasks that will need to be completed before the deadline. Once I have a solid foundation of planning to work from, I will then have have the freedom to mould the project around it.
As for sampling, it is of paramount importance that i experiment with using cinematography, editing, sound and colour in relation to research so that I can develop the project to communicate my subject matter more effectively.
