Project In Progress Reflection

At this stage in the project, I have completed completed the following tasks:

• Reflected and decided on the subject matter for the project.
• Explored what the concept means to me on a personal level.
• gathered various research into real world examples of films, animations and illustrations that serve as a form of inspiration in creating the final piece.
• Changed ideas and planning along the project.
• constant reflection and evaluation of each blog post.
• created illustrations that convey the subject matter of the project through the tone and messages they communicate.

This work thus far has served as a preliminary part of the project for the final piece, that has explored as to how I can communicate my personal experience with the positive and negative aspects of grief in my life.

However, the deadline for this project is on the 14th May, which leaves about a month for everything to be finalised. In this time, i will need to fulfill the following tasks at the very least:

• Develop a clear narrative structure for the piece. 
• Experiment with cinematography and film, as to how the sbject matter can be conveyed through visuals.
• Complete filming process.
• Complete editing (My experience with editng on the course has made this process more time efficient and so will allow for more time to be givent to filming and animating).
• Complete animation process.
• Constant evaluation and reflection on materials and processes.
• Constant reflection on the state of the project in relation to the context of personal experiences with grief and research such as the day of the dead.
